Alexis: Summer because of the sunsets.
Why do you take pictures?
Alexis: So I can remember that day/moment.
What do you use to take pictures?

Hey People of the Earth~
So I'm trying something today. I'm going to try to write a found poem... I have never done this, but hey there is a first time for everything! I got my words from "The Power of Photography" article.
Words with Pictures
Stand out on the gray pages
Without being caught
Have hunger for the unknown
But don't forget the 3 a.m. wake up calls
Once in a life time disaster
Now missing the earthly beauty
Her beauty
Those eyes still cut through the disaster
The disaster in my heart
Urgent questions with no answer
Nothing to prove wrong
But nothing to prove right
Come read my next post!!

"Photography"
A photograph is more than just
A gift to bring or send.
And more than just the likeness of
A relative or friend.
It is a kindly greeting and
A memory to hold.
Of happy times and pleasant things.
However new or old.
It is a mirror that reflects
Companionship and cheer.
And now and then the wistfulness
That turns into a tear.
A photograph is something to
Adorn a desk or wall.
Or carry in a pocket and
Display to one and all.
It is a faithful portrait
The smile that friendship shares
To add its sunshine and to show
That someone really cares.
A gift to bring or send.
And more than just the likeness of
A relative or friend.
It is a kindly greeting and
A memory to hold.
Of happy times and pleasant things.
However new or old.
It is a mirror that reflects

It is a faithful portrait
The smile that friendship shares
To add its sunshine and to show
That someone really cares.

A Review
Hey People of the Earth~
Today, I'm going to try to do a review! For all the pictures I take I use an iPhone 6 camera, but lately I have been trying to use my dad's Android. The iPhone camera takes nice clean crisp and clear pictures.(Great for picture blog posters like me!) Don't get me wrong there are down falls with the iPhone cameras as well. One down fall to the iPhone camera is it some time to get the camera to focus where you want it. Also you can only touch one stop for the phone to take a picture, unlike the Android camera. Now for the Android camera, one down fall is it does not take every clean pictures. Every time I have used the camera on a Android the picture seems blurry or fuzzy, not crisp. With the Android, I loving being able to press any where on the screen to take a picture! In the end, if you want a phone that is better for pictures I would go with the iPhone, but if you don't need a great picture taking phone you can with an Android. I personal am more of an iPhone kind of person but my dad swears buy his Android! (He is a farmer. He needs a more durable phone!) It is really hard to say what phone to go with if you could less about pictures!
For a rating I would give the iPhone a 8 out of 10 for pictures.
For a rating on the Android I would give it a 6 out of 10 for pictures.
I hope this helps you in some way!

Sharing a Blog
Hey People of the Earth~
In the process of talking to my family I found that my aunt has a blog! The great part is this her blog sorta relates to mine. So if you like my blog you should definitely check hers out! In her blog she is very down to earth! I really love how she words her blogs. So in that case i would give her blog an award for the best putting your thoughts into words! I give her this award because you can tell there is a person on the other side of the screen that you can relate to in some way. Also she deserves that award because she makes it very easy to read and understand. In the end you should check her blog out.

The Reasons I made this Blog!
There are a few reasons why I decided to create my blog about the photography I have taken. One reason why I choose to write/make this blog is I loving taking pictures. The funny thing is no one ever gets to see the pictures I have taken so I made this blog! I live on a farm so there are so many different things I can take pictures of, so I thought a blog would be a good place to so my fellow people my pictures. Lastly, I made this blog because it seemed like something new and cool to try! I hope you are enjoying this as much as I am!

Just a Little Quote
Hey People of the Earth~
Today I found I little quote I wanted to share with you all!
Dorothea Lange once said, "Photography takes an instant out of time, altering life by holding it still." I like this quote because it hit me right in the feels, and it relates to my topic today since I am writing about photographs I have taken in my life.
